There are many aircraft associated with the museum. A list is on the left side. Steve Dean & Mary Dilda If you would like to find out more about each aircraft simply click on the name. The Dean's, Linda Kay and Steve, have done a remarkable job bringing the aviation community in and around Gilmer together to tell the history of, educate and share the wonderful world of aviation.

Group Many well known aviation personalities have visited the museum flying their aircraft into Gilmer so local enthusiast will get a chance to see and converse about their favorite passion - aviation. Mary Dilda visited not to long ago. As a pilot for FedEx she has many hours of flight time but in her free time she flys a T6 similar to Steve Dean's around pylons in Reno, Nevada each year at the National Championship Air Races.

FOTPAM ESCADRILLE Many aviation events are also held annually which give the public a chance to see aircraft in flight as well as close up on the ground. Rare aircraft visit occassionaly as well! The T-6 Texan "Screaming Eagle" participates in many air performances throughout the year as part of "Flight of the Phoenix Escadrille." Read more about the Escadrille by clicking here.
